Dr. Anish Shah, MD, QME, MBBS

 

Dr. Shah is a psychiatrist and Qualified Medical Evaluator MD, MBBS, and QME) at Siyan Clinical Corporation in Santa Rosa, California.  He established Siyan Clinical, his private practice, in 2012.  He is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Psychiatry Residency Training Program.  Dr. Shah began his career as a general psychiatrist in 2004 with the Community Health Center.  He has worked with psychiatric facilities in Sonoma and Napa counties, including Sonoma County Mental Health, Kaiser Santa Rosa, and Napa State Hospital.  Prior to founding Siyan Clinical, Dr. Shah served as Medical Director at Napa State Hospital.  In that setting Dr. Shah supervised over 80 psychiatrists, physicians, surgeons, and nurse practitioners. 

His treatment specialties include mood disorders; such as depression, bi-polar, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity, post-traumatic stress, and psychotic illnesses such as schizophrenia.  Dr. Shah has extensive experience treating substance addictions and a specialty in office based opioid dependence treatment, using Suboxone.  The Siyan Clinical philosophy of care recognizes the uniqueness of patients, their individual experiences, cultures, and communities.

Dr. Jeannie LeMesurier, PhD

 

Dr. Jeannie LeMesurier offers psychotherapy, coaching, and psychological assesssments on matters of everyday life.  Including anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, and more.  She combines the principles of CBT, solution-focused psychotherapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, as well as life coaching. 

Dr. LeMesurier obtained her B.A. and M.A. from McGill University, her Ph.D. from l’Universite de Montreal and completed her Post-doctoral Fellowship from the Reiss-Davis Child Study Center, in Los Angeles.  She trained as a Life Coach at The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California.  She was also personally mentored by Jack Canfield, America’s #1 success coach, and teacher in the movie, The Secret.

Inna Zelikman, NP

Inna is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with specialty in Mental Health and Substance Abuse.  She received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of California San Francisco.  She has been practicing in the field of addiction, chronic pain and mental health for over 10 years.  She applies evidence based pharmacology in the treatment of insomnia, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD.  Mrs. Zelikman’s expertise is in the assessment & treatment of opiate dependency with Suboxone.  Her skills evolved under the guidance of Howard Kornfeld, MD, world renowned pain & addiction specialist.

 

Rigpa Shunya, PMH, NP

 

Rigpa Shunya is a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Psychiatric Medicine.  Rigpa is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, California and has been practicing since 2012.  He nurtures a therapeutic practice that is patient focused and patient directed.  His mission statement is “I believe in Evidence Based Practice that is Holistic in its approach and rooted in loving kindness and compassion.

 

Katherine Whitley, PMH, NP

 

Katherine Whitley, PMH, NP. Katherine Whitley is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health treatment for youth and their families, as well as adults. She received her Masters of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).  Katherine’s focus is on caring for the whole individual by incorporating a compassion-focused, holistic and an evidenced based approach to care for individuals dealing with ADD/ADHD, stress, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.
